I guess I need to get my kettle bell or build the T-Bar thing.<\/p>\n<h2>Breakfast<\/h2>\n<p><i>5:30<\/i><br \/>\nAGG+BG5<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n3 oz spinach<br \/>\n1\/2 cup lentils<br \/>\n12 oz coffee+coco+van+cin<br \/>\nwater<\/p>\n<h2>Lunch<\/h2>\n<p>AGG<br \/>\npork loin chop<br \/>\ncabbage and onions<br \/>\n1\/2 can black beans (rinsed)<br \/>\nwater<\/p>\n<h2>Dinner<\/h2>\n<p>AGG<br \/>\nbeef fajitas (no tortillas)<br \/>\nsome corn chips and salsa<br \/>\nsmall salad (lettuce, sour cream, avocado, tomato)<br \/>\ncharro beans<br \/>\nmichalada<br \/>\nwater<\/p>\n<p>Entered data at end of day.
