Now I can see if that changes since nothing else is. I was surprised to discover that I was a little sore from post-meal exercises yesterday.<\/p>\n<p><i>9:40 am<\/i><br \/>\nEmergen-C and AGG+B5G<\/p>\n<h2>Breakfast<\/h2>\n<p><i>10:00 am<\/i><br \/>\n1\/2 cup \/ 2.8 oz lentils<br \/>\n3 oz brussel sprouts<br \/>\n2 eggs, fried<br \/>\n12 oz coffee+coco+van+cin<\/p>\n<p>Still not feeling great. I feel much better than I did yesterday, but I&#8217;m still pretty congested.
